About This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the mobile game Idle Recycling Factory
(app ID com.osamawalid.idlerecyclingfactory on iOS and Android), published by
Osama Hasan. It does not cover other apps by the developer, which are described
in the general privacy policy or in their own policies.
Idle Recycling Factory is a factory management game. It runs on your device, uses Game Center or Google Play Games for sign-in, achievements and saved games, shows optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob, measures gameplay with Google Analytics for Firebase, and sells optional coin packs through the App Store and Google Play. The developer runs no servers for the game.
Data We Collect
Your factory on your device
The game saves your factory on your device: your progress, machines, upgrades, employees, coins, orders and settings, the purchases it has already granted, and the timers of the bonuses you have used. This file stays on your device and is not sent to the developer.
Game Center and Google Play Games
On iPhone the game signs in with Apple Game Center; on Android with Google Play Games. You do not create an account with the developer. The game uses your platform account to report achievements and to keep a copy of your factory in your saved games. While the game is running it reads your platform player ID only to notice when a different account signs in; it does not store that ID, put it in your save, or send it to the developer or to analytics. Apple and Google process your account under their own privacy policies.
Your saved factory in your account
When you are signed in, a copy of your factory's progress (the same game state described above, without your settings, purchase records or ad timers) is written to your Game Center saved games, which Apple keeps in your iCloud account, or to your Google Play Games saved games, which Google keeps with your Google account. This lets your factory return after you delete and reinstall the game or move to a new device. The developer does not receive or have access to this copy.
Gameplay analytics
The game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the factory is played and to improve pacing, prices and reliability. It sends a fixed list of gameplay events: factory progress (for example machines bought, upgrades, employees hired, halls opened, orders offered and delivered, coins earned and time away), rewarded-ad and purchase outcomes (offered, requested, earned, verified or failed, with the product category), save recovery and service errors.
Event details are limited to category names and numbers. They never include your name, email, Game Center or Google Play Games ID, order IDs or purchase transaction IDs. The Firebase SDK also processes an app-instance identifier, device and app information, diagnostics and an approximate location derived from your network. Analytics in this game does not collect your device's advertising ID, and its advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization signals are switched off. See Firebase privacy information.
Advertising (AdMob)
The game shows rewarded ads served by Google AdMob — for example to double your coins for a while or to open the piggy bank. An ad is shown only when you tap to watch one. When ads are requested or shown, Google may collect:
- Device identifiers — on Android this can include your advertising ID. On iPhone the game does not ask for permission to track you, so your advertising identifier is not shared.
- Approximate location derived from your IP address
- Ad interactions — e.g. starting or completing a rewarded ad
- Diagnostics related to ad delivery
Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the game shows Google's consent form before ads are requested, and you can change your choice at any time with Ad privacy options in the game's Settings. This data is handled by Google as the ad provider; see Google's ad privacy page linked in the table below.
How Your Data Is Used
The information described above is used to:
- Run the game and keep your factory on your device
- Keep a copy of your factory in your Game Center or Google Play Games saved games, and report achievements
- Show rewarded ads you choose to watch and give you their rewards
- Deliver the coins you buy, once per purchase
- Improve the game's balance, pacing and reliability using gameplay analytics
The game does not sell your data. The third-party services listed below process data under their own privacy policies.
Third-Party Services
Idle Recycling Factory relies on the following third-party services:
| Service | Provider | Purpose & data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Game Center (iPhone) Privacy policy |
Apple | Sign-in, achievements, and saved games kept in your iCloud account. |
| Google Play Games (Android) Privacy policy |
Sign-in, achievements, and saved games kept with your Google account. | |
| AdMob rewarded ads and User Messaging Platform Google's ads & privacy |
Serves rewarded ads and asks for consent where required; may collect device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostics. | |
| Google Analytics for Firebase Privacy information |
Measures gameplay events with an app-instance identifier and device/app information; no names, emails or account IDs. | |
| App Store / Google Play billing | Apple / Google | Handles checkout and payment for coin packs. See In-App Purchases. |
Data Storage & Security
The developer does not run servers for this game and does not keep a copy of your factory. Your factory is stored on your device and, when you are signed in, in your own Game Center or Google Play Games saved games. Ad and analytics data is held by Google. Data sent between the game and these services is encrypted in transit.
In-App Purchases
Optional purchases are coin packs. Apple or Google handles checkout and billing; the game does not receive your payment card or bank details. The game receives the product and transaction details of a purchase from the store, checks on your device that the purchase is genuine, adds the coins to your saved factory, and only then tells the store the purchase is complete, so a pack is never granted twice. These records stay on your device; they are not sent to the developer or to analytics.
Deleting Your Data
There is no game account with the developer to delete. Your data can be removed like this:
- On your device: deleting the game removes the factory saved on that device.
- On iPhone: the copy in your Game Center saved games is kept in iCloud. You can delete it in the Settings app under your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage (or Storage) → Idle Recycling Factory.
- On Android: open the Google Play Games settings and use Delete Play Games account & data, where you can delete the data of individual games.
- Analytics and ads: this data is held by Google; you can contact us about it, and Google's privacy tools apply to it.
Children's Privacy
Idle Recycling Factory is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will address it.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — for example, accessing, correcting, or deleting your personal data, or objecting to its use.
To exercise your rights or ask questions about your data, contact us at osamawalid2222@gmail.com. Data held by Apple or Google under the services described above is also covered by their own privacy tools.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted before they take effect.
