Your Saved Factory
Your factory is saved on your phone as you play. When you are signed in to Game Center (iPhone) or Google Play Games (Android), a copy is also kept in your own saved games with Apple or Google.
After you reinstall the game or move to a new phone, sign in with the same Game Center or Google Play Games account. When the game finds a saved factory that has come further than the one on the phone, it shows both and asks what to do: tap Load saved factory to continue it, or Keep this phone's factory. Nothing is replaced until you choose.
A factory played without signing in is only on that phone, and deleting the game deletes it.
Coin Packs
Coin packs are optional and are sold through the App Store or Google Play, which handle the payment. The game adds the coins to your factory once for each purchase. If the game closed or lost its connection during a purchase, open it again while you are online: a purchase the store has confirmed and the game has not yet added is added then.
For a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page or Google Play's order history. The developer cannot issue store refunds. If coins you paid for are missing, email us with the date of the purchase.
Rewarded Videos
A short video can double your coins for 30 minutes (up to three times a day) or break open the piggy bank. Videos are optional and only play when you tap Watch ad. The reward is given only after the video has been watched to the end.
If the game says no video is available, the ad network had none to give at that moment, or your connection is down. Try again in a few minutes. You can review your ad choices at any time under Settings → Ad privacy options.
Earning While Away
While the game is closed, the night shift keeps earning at half your factory's rate, for up to the hours your night shift allows (up to 4 hours). The Welcome back report shows what it paid.
Your Data
The game has no account with the developer. The privacy policy explains what the game, AdMob and Firebase handle, and how to delete your data, including the copy of your factory in your Game Center or Google Play Games saved games.
